Speed and price depends on product type and destination. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your cart content and your destination.

* Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately due to production times.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. WitComics does not take responsibility for possible fees. Large, flat packages (i.e. Framed posters and canvases) may take considerably longer to arrive if your country has strict quarantine laws (like Australia).
Countries we don’t deliver to
Due to political instability or war, some countries have strict policies with foreign deliveries, if you live in Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Africa, Syria, Afghanistan, or a country in war, please contact us first, to verify if we can ship to your country.
We ship worldwide, but some countries in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Russia have much longer delivery times. Brazil and India are prone to problems from customs and shipping errors, especially with bulky items like Framed posters and Canvases. Order at your own risk, WitComics does not offer refunds for items lost during shipping.
If you receive a product that is damaged or have been sent the wrong item, please don’t send it back to us, we’ll be happy to replace it, at no cost!
Returns are not granted if you’ve changed your mind after purchase and want a refund.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within a week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please follow the instructions below to request a product replacement:
- Write to email@example.com with your name, order number, and the reason why your are unhappy with your purchase.
- Attach at least one picture of the damaged/misprinted/defective item(s).
- Wait for our response. We’ll provide details for the replacement procedure.
Posters are rolled and packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes with plastic end caps to ensure protection during shipment. Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Next they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally they are wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment.
